Camera Exposure and shutter speed

     Camera Exposure and Shutter speed

A photograph's exposure determines how light or dark an image will appear when its been captured by your camera. This is determined by just three camera settings: aperture, ISO and shutter speed. Each setting controls different exposures like for example aperture controls the area over which light can enter your camera.Shutter speed controls the duration of the exposure.ISO speed controls the sensitivity of your cameras sensors to a a given amount of light. All of this are the cameras exposures and this is what makes photos so good looking.

Robert Frank

Robert Frank was born in Switzerland in 1924.He traveled across the united states on a Guggenheim fellowship in 1955 and 1956. The result was the Americans ,a book strongly influenced by walker evans but imbued with more evident emotion, more social commentary, sense of tragedy, and irony.Writing in the Guardian in 2014, said The Americans "changed the nature of photography, what it could say it.Frank later expanded into film and video and experimented with manipulating photographs and photo montage. He returned to still images in the 1970s,publishing his second photographic book, The lines of my hand, in 1972.I like this photo because he caught the guy in action he knows how to take good photos. He made the photo tell a story and that really exciting. His photos have great impressions and good coordinates of the photo.

Ansel was born on February 20,1902 , on the western addition of San Francisco.Francisco. Ansel loves taking picture of the West because that where he came from.  Ansel Easton Adams was an american photographer and he was and environmentalist. His black and whit landscape photos that he loved to do of the american west and the Yosemite National Park are now really famous and there put in calendars . One of Ansel favorite quotes inspires me to take picture,He would say that "  You don't take a photograph, you make it".  One of Arsel first portarait was the Monolith, it is a beautiful photo, i think people were interest in his photo because he showed so much emotion and details into the image, I believe his one of the best photographer there was.He has trained his camera and his brilliant printing techniques pn the grandest sights of the West.Adams  helped found the first department of photography as a fine art at the Museum pf Modern Art in New York in 1940.

Harry Callahan

I like his photos because he adds double features to it and shoes double pictures in the photo. The photo tells you a story about the people walking the city he makes it seem like time is passing so fast. The photo illustrates that the city is a big place full of people, trying to get home, to work, to wherever they need to be. Callahan's work is creative and it can tell a story to whoever has an imagination. I like this photo because he used a black and white effect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
